Who runs this site

dreamrow7.com is the members area of the Dreamrow7 animation project.

What we collect

When you log in with Patreon, Patreon sends us:

your Patreon user ID, display name and profile picture link;
whether you are a member of Dreamrow7, your membership status and your tier;
access tokens that let us re-check your membership about once a day.

We do not receive your email address, your password or any payment details. Payments are handled entirely by Patreon.

If you use the contact form, we store what you write in it (your message, the email address you give us and, optionally, your name) so we can reply.

Cookies

d7_session: keeps you logged in (30 days).
d7_age: remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older (1 year).
d7_oauth: protects the Patreon login against forgery (10 minutes).

All cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data only to let you into the members area you asked to use, to show the releases your tier includes and to answer your messages (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else processes data

Patreon: login and membership.
bunny.net: video streaming. Like any video service, it sees your IP address while you watch.
Hostinger: hosts this website on servers in the EU.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your account data is kept while you use the site. Login sessions expire after 30 days. A short activity log (for example "Login: your display name, your tier", and error messages) is kept for 30 days to keep the site running smoothly; it contains no IP addresses. Contact messages are kept until we've dealt with them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. You can also disconnect the site in your Patreon settings under Connected apps, which stops us from reading your membership.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, by emailing contact@dreamrow7.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
